Minimum Qualifications
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm sales, successful completion of a firearms-specific background check and training is required. Associates must complete all job-related trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
