• Work closely with the agency owner/manager to align with business objectives
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Present, quote, and bind policies across personal lines (auto, home, life) and/or commercial lines
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Farmers Insurance products and underwriting guidelines
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual production targets set by the agency

• Have an active Property and Casualty producers license
• Have an active Life and Health producers license (or willing to obtain)
• Sales experience
