Obsessed Media is an independent media group focused on helping our clients dramatically improve the impact of their media through smarter plans, sharper strategy, creativity and innovation, and measurable results.
We’re on the hunt for a Media Supervisor who’s ready to dive into the details, work across multiple clients, move quickly, and help us keep raising the bar for our clients and the agency.
In this role, you’ll be embedded in the work from day one, working closely with our team to build plans, track results, and help us bring strategy to life across clients, industries, and channels. You’ll get hands-on experience in planning, project management, and execution, with guidance and opportunities to grow quickly.
What You’ll Do
Account & Project Management
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization across all channels
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Lead cross-functional coordination with media vendors, creative teams, and clients
- Monitor live campaigns for pacing, performance, and placement accuracy, flagging issues early and bringing solutions when needed
- Own post-campaign analysis to surface insights and opportunities for future campaigns
Client Management
- Lead day-to-day lead client communication to consistently exceed expectations
- Bring forward proactive recommendations from new media opportunities, to optimizations, to creative media ideas, or test approaches
- Maintain a strong understanding of each client’s category, competition, and consumer behavior to inform decisions, and keep the client updated on major shifts or updates
Media Planning & Execution
- Build and run media plans that align with business objectives and budget realities
- Coordinate with media partners to gather proposals, confirm specs, and update plans
- Manage POVs quickly and thoughtfully aligning with the client's goals
- Use syndicated research, competitive intel, and vendor input to identify the best opportunities for impact
- Maintain excellent relationships with media partners to stay ahead of trends and opportunities
- Prepare insertion orders, monitor pacing, and flag delivery issues before they become problems
- Track live campaigns for accuracy and negotiate make-goods when needed
- Support new business efforts by contributing planning expertise and campaign ideas

- Spots the small stuff others miss
- 4+ years of media planning and/or buying experience, with proven success managing campaigns from brief to wrap

The compensation range is $80,000 to $100,000 annually
