Position: Sr. Graphics Developer/Designer
Description:
- Works collaboratively with analysts to understand requirements and enhances/conveys analytic thoughts and assessments by developing graphic and layout solutions.
- Provides graphic design and layout solutions for intelligence products, including developing illustrations, editing existing images, managing fonts, and utilizing advanced pre-publication techniques.
- Uses government-specified technology to produce graphic design, cartographic products, interactive graphical content, video content, analytic product templates, and marketing content.
- Integrates graphics with text, audio, and video to support interactive and multimedia high-visibility finished intelligence products.
- Produces dynamic content following IA WIC published standards (e.g., D3 Style Guide), including podcasts or audio segments. Provides user experience/user interface expertise for developing interactive graphics and web products.
- Demonstrates proficiency in professional graphics and design software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere, and Flash), Apple Final Cut Pro X, Mac hardware, Map Publisher, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools or languages.
Security Clearance:
- TS/SCI clearance with CI POLY or ability to obtain CI POLY.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
Desired Education:
- Master’s Degree in a related field from an accredited university, or a bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of senior related experience (total 17 years).
