We have an immediate opening for a PR Assistant on the Film + Television team.

This role requires a strong foundation in entertainment PR, a love for the work, and the ability to build relationships. Our team collaborates with film studios, television networks, and production companies, so diverse interests are important.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Learning the ins and outs of entertainment publicity.
  • Creating and maintaining media lists.
  • Scheduling and supporting client meetings and events.
  • Assisting client account teams.
  • Monitoring news cycles and flagging relevant pop culture moments and competitor news.
  • Communicating with senior staff on task status.
  • Supporting client events.
  • Managing administrative tasks like agendas, recaps, reports, and budget trackers.
  • Performing light office duties, including maintaining conference spaces, greeting guests, and setting up meetings.
You Should Apply If:
  • You have 1 year of experience in communications, entertainment, or PR (internships included).
  • You are eager to learn all aspects of integrated communications.
  • You are a strong, persuasive, and concise writer.
  • You are enthusiastic about networking in the media industry.
  • You are a strategic thinker, creative, and enjoy brainstorming.
  • You possess decision-making skills and accountability.
  • You have curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • You are willing to work some evenings and weekends.
  • You take pride in exceeding expectations and being part of something meaningful.

The annual salary is $40,000. This is a nonexempt role eligible for overtime.
