Position Overview:
As a Senior Graphic Designer at FINSYNC,you will craft designs that strengthen our brand, elevate user experience, and clearly communicate FINSYNC’s value to small business owners. This role balances strategic design thinking with hands-on execution, helping ensure our brand identity is consistent, effective, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop marketing materials, product interfaces, and brand assets that reflect and advance the FINSYNC brand
Provide art direction, design feedback and guidance to team members
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to translate needs into compelling visuals
Track and report on design performance to improve the overall impact of creative work.
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
Stay current with design trends and emerging tools
Contribute to the evolution of FINSYNC's visual brand identity
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
Figma experience is a must!
Experience in both print and digital design
Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience working in fast-paced SaaS, fintech, or agency environments is a plus
Experience in UI/UX design is a plus
