Qualifications
- Sharp attention to detail: Highly analytical, able to identify trends quickly and spot key insights.
- Problem solver: Curious and diligent in understanding the “why” behind performance issues, digging into data for solutions.
- Experienced in Google Ads: 3-5 years managing search, Pmax, LSA, and demand gen campaigns, achieving performance targets.
- Comfortable working at scale: Managed 30+ accounts, with agency or multi-unit experience preferred.
- Subject matter expert: Deep understanding of metrics like CPC, CVR, CPA, and levers to impact CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
- Multi-channel specialist: Experience with Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and managing performance across channels.
What You’ll be Doing
- Managing paid media for 30+ practices within our network
- Onboarding practices onto paid media seamlessly
- Measuring and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs and goals
- Implementing conversion tracking and attribution for multi-location practices
- Providing feedback on campaign funnels to stakeholders
- Contributing to A/B testing strategies
- Brainstorming innovative targeting methods to increase volume
- Analyzing campaign performance and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Identifying and overcoming conversion barriers
- Collecting lead quality feedback and developing improvement plans
- Collaborating with data & analytics teams to validate data
- Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Understanding market demand, seasonality, and trends to develop strategies
- Working with regional teams to tailor paid media support to practice needs
