The Opportunity:

CCI is seeking a talented and motivated Multimedia/AI/Pipeline Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in video production. You will design and build the technological backbone of our content pipelines and contribute to creating high-quality multimedia content for the Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning contract.

Responsibilities:

  1. Pipeline Architecture & Strategy:
    • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end technical infrastructure for multimedia content and AI-driven educational tools.
    • Develop scalable workflows for data, asset management, and content creation from concept to delivery.
    • Select and integrate appropriate tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance content creation and delivery.
  2. Hands-On Content & Video Production:
    • Participate in video production, including planning, equipment setup, and footage capture.
  3. AI Integration & Innovation:
    • Lead AI solutions integration to streamline production pipelines and improve products.
    • Stay updated with advancements in AI, multimedia, and video production.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues across the pipeline.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience in a technical or architectural role with pipeline development and video production.
  • Proficiency in designing data pipelines and workflows.
  • Experience with professional video production and editing software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Fusion, NukeX).
  • Programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, C++).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Film, Media Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desired:

  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and generative AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with production management software.
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, and color grading tools.
  • Knowledge of real-time rendering engines and virtual production workflows.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 5, Unity, and USD pipelines.

Pay Range: The salary varies based on factors like location, experience, skills, and education. The range for this position is $98,500 - $206,800. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, education, and time off. Learn more here.
