We’re looking for a thoughtful and adaptable HR Business Partner with demonstrated project management experience to join our team. In this exciting and challenging role, you will report to the Senior Director HR, Call of Duty, with dotted line reporting to the Senior Director, People Strategy & Operations. No two days will be the same. You’ll work closely with leaders and managers across the Mobile group, acting as a trusted HR advisor as they navigate growth, change, and day-to-day people challenges. You will also contribute to Activision’s overarching people strategy through data analysis, project management, and best practices assessment. This role involves hands-on support for the Mobile business and broader people initiatives across Activision. Key HRBP Responsibilities with Mobile Team: Provide day-to-day coaching to leadership, managers, and employees on actions to enhance team effectiveness, growth, and performance. Drive integrity and quality in core people programs: Performance cycle, Compensation Planning, Signals Survey, Talent Assessment, Development plans, and HR initiatives. Guide on employee-related topics, including team health, development, and concerns—partnering with ER and Workplace Integrity teams as needed. Lead or support change efforts, ensuring smooth transitions. Use people data to guide decisions and identify trends informing HR strategy. Key Responsibilities with People Strategy & Operations: Manage HR-related events and initiatives at Activision Headquarters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global people strategy. Represent HR on cross-functional project teams. Develop materials to drive business decisions. Drive change management with clear plans and timely communication. Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in an HRBP or client-facing generalist role. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Self-starter with problem-solving and execution skills. Experience with change management and influencing leadership. Proven success managing strategic projects and initiatives. Comfort with data-driven decision making. Strong project and process management skills. Collaborative spirit, willingness to learn, and drive for improvement. Strong communication skills and experience supporting leaders and managers. Extra Points: Experience in tech, media, gaming, or high-growth environments. Interest and experience with AI.
