Summary :

Our UX Research team is dedicated to understanding the broad spectrum of human needs by studying user behaviors. Required Skills :

UX Researcher, Quantitative Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with product and business teams to identify research topics.
2. Serve as a thought leader in research, advocating for users of our products.
3. Design and execute comprehensive primary research using various methods.
4. Design studies that explore user behavior and attitudes.
5. Manage and prioritize research plans effectively in dynamic environments, aligning insights with stakeholders.
6. Generate insights to inform ideation and evaluate designs.

Minimum Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in user experience, applied research, product research, or related fields; or Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
2. Experience coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or similar tools.
3. Experience in survey design and understanding response effects.
4. Proficiency in statistical analysis methods such as regressions, ANOVA, and T-tests.
5. Hands-on experience conducting primary research.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Degrees in human behavior-related fields like Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, or Economics.

Compensation :

Annual salary ranges from $138,000 to $192,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
