UX Researcher, Quantitative Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with product and business teams to identify research topics.
- Serve as a thought leader in research, advocating for users of our products.
- Design and execute comprehensive primary research using various methods.
- Design studies that explore user behavior and attitudes.
- Manage and prioritize research plans effectively in dynamic environments, aligning insights with stakeholders.
- Generate insights to inform ideation and evaluate designs.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in user experience, applied research, product research, or related fields; or Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or similar tools.
- Experience in survey design and understanding response effects.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis methods such as regressions, ANOVA, and T-tests.
- Hands-on experience conducting primary research.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Degrees in human behavior-related fields like Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, or Economics.
Compensation :
Annual salary ranges from $138,000 to $192,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
