Petit Auto Wash Equipment is seeking a creative, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our growing, dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working on a variety of projects, and is passionate about using both traditional and cutting-edge marketing tools to deliver measurable results. This is an on-site position based at our Norton, Ohio facility.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.) — including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to create, edit, and repurpose content efficiently while maintaining brand voice and quality.
• Continuously seek out new ideas and strategies to enhance and grow our marketing efforts.
• Support audio/visual initiatives:
– Shoot and edit video content in-house and at customer locations.
– Capture high-quality photography for marketing materials, social media, and events.
– Produce videos for webinars, promotional campaigns, and product highlights.
– Create both short- and long-form video content that showcases our quality, engineering, and passion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and distribute marketing materials.
• Track campaign performance, compile reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Support event planning and execution, including webinars, trade shows, and special campaigns.
• Maintain marketing calendars, content pipelines, and asset libraries to ensure smooth project workflows.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience (preferred but not required).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or social media management, preferably in a B2B or equipment/manufacturing setting.
• Proven success in growing social media audiences and improving engagement metrics.
• Proficiency in video production — from shooting and editing to storytelling.
• Experience in photography, including basic lighting and composition for both on-site and in-house shoots.
• Comfortable answering the sales line (1–2 times per day as needed), engaging with customers/distributors, and logging information into the CRM.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency with design and content creation tools.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and task-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Must be able to report to work in person at our Norton, Ohio location.
