Were seeking a highly technical Client Success Manager with deep expertise in cross-channel performance marketing. The ideal candidate is not only a strong relationship manager but also a strategic thinker and platform expert who thrives on turning data into meaningful action.
You should be confident navigating complex media ecosystems across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Connected TV, with the ability to speak fluently about attribution, platform nuances, and data integrity. You must be detail-obsessed, able to catch discrepancies before they impact performance, and always thinking 3 steps ahead.
This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to lead conversations with both marketing and business stakeholders. Youll be expected to proactively own performance outcomes, ask the right questions, and push both internal teams and clients toward better results.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Media Management
- Lead full-funnel marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and CTV
- Deeply understand how platform algorithms, attribution models, and media types work together
- Analyze view-through and click-through data, match back to business goals
- Make proactive, data-informed recommendations for budget shifts and channel mix
- Identify trends or issues early and suggest solutions fast
Client Leadership & Communication
- Own weekly client calls with confidence and authority
- Translate performance data into clear business insights and strategic direction
- Connect tactical optimizations to big-picture growth goals
- Challenge client assumptions respectfully when needed, using data to back up insights
- Anticipate client needs before they surface
Account Management
- Be the go-to person for assigned clients, owning results end-to-end
- Monitor and QA performance across all channels
- Coordinate internally to ensure campaigns, creatives, and landing pages align with strategy
- Deliver polished performance recaps, growth plans, and dashboards
- Identify upsell opportunities through performance insights
Technical Requirements
Media Expertise
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and CTV platforms
- Experience with UTMs, attribution modeling, tracking setups, and performance testing
- Able to explain the role of each platform in a media mix and how they impact the full funnel
- Understand what to optimize when performance is off and guide internal teams accordingly
Analytics & Reporting
- Confident analyzing performance across multiple attribution windows and platforms
- Comfortable using Looker or similar tools to extract trends and create strategic takeaways
- Able to QA data for accuracy and identify reporting inconsistencies quickly
- Build and present reporting dashboards that highlight actionable insights, not just data
General Requirements
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing or client success at a performance-focused agency
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
- Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams
Location & Compensation
- Location: Remote position; must reside in either Canada or United States
- Full-time; Contract 1099 position
- Compensation Range: $65,000-$80,000 USD annually
- Benefits: Potential Quarterly Bonus, PTO, Flexible Friday's, paid holidays
