- Create high-quality graphics, layouts, and templates for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Design jobsite signage, banners, brochures, and digital assets in alignment with brand standards.
- Support internal and external communication initiatives with creative, visually engaging content.
- Ensure all design work reflects brand consistency and professional standards.
- Develop and execute a content calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Capture and edit photos, videos, and stories that showcase projects, employees, and community involvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather field content and promote real-time updates.
- Monitor engagement, track analytics, and adjust strategy to increase visibility and impact.
- Support the creation of division newsletters, announcements, and employee spotlights.
- Partner with leadership to highlight internal events, team-building activities, and cultural initiatives.
- Design branded materials to foster company culture and recognition.
- Coordinate and design assets for community events, conferences, and sponsorships (e.g., golf tournaments, industry boards, charity events).
- Coordinate event photography, videography, and live social coverage when appropriate.
- Provide creative support for groundbreaking ceremonies, ribbon cuttings, and award entries.
- Maintain and enforce Crossland Heavy’s visual identity standards across all touchpoints.
- Research and recommend design trends, tools, and practices to enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop new concepts that strengthen brand awareness and industry positioning.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, preferred).
- Experience with social media management platforms and analytics tools.
- Photography and video production/editing skills a plus.
- Understanding of branding, design principles, and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity and attention to detail in both design and storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptability and initiative to support evolving company needs.
- 2–3+ years in graphic design, marketing, or social media coordination.
- Prior experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or related industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM or content management tools is a bonus.
