As an Associate Director, you will be instrumental in driving the execution of influencer seeding campaigns and strategic initiatives within the beauty and wellness sectors.

This is a hybrid position, based in our New York office, or available remotely within the US depending on team and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of influencer seeding campaigns.
• Act as a primary contact for clients, ensuring timely execution and collaboration across teams.
• Oversee large-scale gifting and seeding programs effectively.
• Support multi-brand influencer initiatives, including outreach and content monitoring.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
• Educate clients and team members on the value of influencer seeding.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and develop original ideas to enhance influencer efforts.

Client Service Orientation:

• Deliver exceptional service to clients, guiding them through the influencer campaign process.
• Lead client communications and collaborate on idea development.
• Engage in client meetings and planning sessions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in influencer community building within the beauty sector.
• Deep knowledge of the beauty influencer landscape across various product categories.
• Proficient in managing and mentoring a team to achieve high-quality results.
• Solid understanding of social media dynamics both personally and professionally.
• Experience with influencer and social media tools such as Traackr, CreatorIQ, Tribe Dynamics, and Captiv8.
• Capability to oversee large-scale seeding campaigns effectively.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to initiate fresh ideas and improvements proactively.
• Proven track record of building authentic influencer relationships.
• Effective collaboration skills are essential.
• Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 to $115,000.00, determined based on relevant, non-discriminatory factors.
