Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently meet and exceed personal sales targets.
• Promote our Music & Arts lesson programs to potential students.
• Create connections by networking with local educators, churches, and community groups.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through compelling sales presentations and excellent service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.
• Encourage and promote customer loyalty.
• Engage in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising and store maintenance.
• Maintain security protocols and assist with overall store safety.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music theory.
