An Insurance Producer is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to grow the client base. This includes engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, recommending suitable products, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Producers build and maintain client relationships and assist with policy management and inquiries. We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.

Candidates should have an active insurance license in Tennessee, proven insurance sales experience with a history of meeting sales goals, and a strong understanding of insurance products and the market. Essential skills include excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
