Adjunct Faculty School of Communication
Westminster College, New Wilmington, PA. The School of Communication is seeking instructors to teach in-person,
undergraduate sections of its Intro to Public Communication course. Rank: Adjunct Instructor. A Masters degree in
communication or a related field and experience teaching college-level classes is preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare lessons and teach a basic public speaking course designed to help students meet several learning outcomes related to public speaking and delivering effective presentations in a variety of situations
Provide thoughtful feedback on student assignments and presentations
Meet with students during weekly office hours, as needed
Submit midterm and final grades by the Colleges specified deadlines Positions are open until filled.
