What You’ll Do:
As an Account Supervisor on the Strategic Communications team, you’ll be the point of connection between our clients and internal team—ensuring we deliver thoughtful, effective, and high-impact communications every time. You’ll:
- Lead Client Relationships: Act as day-to-day contact for up to 5 client accounts, guiding strategic direction, ensuring alignment with client goals, and proactively surfacing ideas.
- Develop Strategic Messaging: Translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives and positioning frameworks that advance client thought leadership and visibility.
- Manage Deliverables: Coordinate across our writing, design, and PR teams to ensure content is on brand, on message, and on time.
- Lead Media Relations Strategy: Work to craft pitches, place stories, and elevate clients’ voices in the market.
- Track and Report Impact: Monitor KPIs, create monthly reports, and refine strategies based on performance.

- Tech- and AI-savvy—You have a track record of using digital tools to streamline workflows—and a fearless drive to explore and adopt emerging AI solutions.
·Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in strategic communications, PR, and content strategy within an agency or consulting environment
- Experience with B2B clients, especially in sectors like finance, medtech, sustainability, or technology
- Exceptional writing, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead client communications with professionalism, warmth, and clarity
- Media relations and thought leadership expertise required
