Description :

This position is a remote position that will primarily work with the Data Exchange group within the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR) team. This position will liaise with immunization providers onboarding to WIR to submit immunization data. This position will work with immunization providers and/or their vendors in providing guidance and consultation for interface setup and deployment, as well as post-deployment data quality issues.

40% A. Data Exchange Onboarding

A1. Provide technical and program support to WIR partners that are onboarding to unidirectional and bi-directional web-based immunization information exchange.

A2. Coordinate with other testing staff to facilitate testing of messaging format, content and transport functionality.

A3. Collaborate with WIR vendors regarding security certificate management, web-services functionality, and documentation.

A4. Following completion of testing process, coordinate transition to production data submission.

A5. Post transition to production data submission, work with the provider to assess data quality and resolve issues identified.

40% B. Data Exchange Process Management

B1. Provide regular data exchange status reports as directed by the WIR Unit Supervisor.

B2. Assist in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and data exchange specifications.

B3. Maintain the data exchange queue and work with the data exchange team to increase queue visibility for providers and state staff.

B4. Assist in efforts to facilitate large batch file submission (submission review, system monitoring, etc.).

10% C. Assessment and reporting

C1. Assist in review of the Aggregate Analysis Reporting Tool (AART) assessment reports and provide regular updates to the WIR team.

C2. Provide regular updates on data quality efforts to the WIR Data Staff for inclusion in data quality reporting.

10% D. WIR Unit Support

C1. Participate in WIR Unit meetings and project activities.

C2. Provide support to other WIR unit areas as directed by the WIR Unit Supervisor.
