Your Impact

Risk Management – Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution and project continuity.

Financial Oversight – Manage project budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost control and profitability.

Quality Assurance – Uphold and exceed industry standards by ensuring that project deliverables meet technical and client expectations.

Schedule Management – Develop and track detailed project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

Change Management – Navigate scope adjustments and client-driven changes effectively while maintaining project integrity.

Clear Communication – Foster open, consistent communication among internal and external teams to drive decision-making and resolve challenges.

Continuous Improvement – Champion Lean principles and other process improvements to maximize efficiency and value.

Business Development – Support future growth by contributing to proposal development, marketing initiatives, and strategic pursuits.

Who You Are

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in transportation and infrastructure projects, with a track record of managing and decision-making on large-scale, complex programs and contracts.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive performance on major contracts.

Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in engineering design, planning, and project delivery.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
