  • Collaborate with UX strategists, researchers, content designers, and developers to shape holistic member experiences.
  • Drive end-to-end design work for Navy Federal initiatives, from discovery through delivery.
  • Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, and interfaces using Figma and other modern tools.
  • Ensure consistency across platforms by contributing to our shared design system.
  • Work with stakeholders to align design efforts with broader strategic goals from the Member Strategy Office.
  • Balance multiple projects, adapting quickly to shifting priorities across internal and external-facing work.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding and collaborating closely with developers.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in inclusive design.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with financial services and member-first organizations.
  • Experience supporting both strategic planning tools and marketing or conversion journeys.
  • Experience contributing to or scaling a design system across multiple teams.
