Were looking for a self-motivated Graphic Designer with a strong background in direct mail design, Adobe InDesign (INDD), XMPie, and print production. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and layout direct mail pieces using Adobe InDesign
- Set up and execute variable data print (VDP) campaigns using XMPie
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure seamless integration of personalization
- Prepare print-ready files and liaise with production teams to meet tight deadlines
- Maintain design consistency while adapting creative to a variety of formats and client needs
- Troubleshoot file and printing issues and follow best practices for output
- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign (INDD)
- Strong working knowledge of XMPie for VDP
- Experience with direct mail production and print file setup
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with postal regulations and mailpiece specifications a plus
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Acrobat
- Understanding of prepress and color management
- Previous agency or print shop experience
