What You'll Do
- Own the playbook. Architect bold, end-to-end content strategies that move people from passive readers to active champions.
- Drive community energy. Harness user-generated content and pair it with high-quality editorial, video, social, and interactive formats that make our community the place people want to be.
- Spot the sparks. Stay plugged into industry trends, emerging formats, and AI-driven tools and use them before anyone else does.
- Collaborate like crazy. Partner with community managers, marketers, creatives, and product leaders to ensure our content connects across every campaign and channel.
- Measure what matters. Watch the data, know what's working, kill what's not, and continuously evolve to raise the bar.
- Keep it fresh. Review, retire, and reinvent content so our community never feels stale.
- Tell the story inside. Socialize strategies, wins, and learnings across the business so everyone feels the impact of what community content can do.
What You Bring
- 10+ years building content strategies in B2B SaaS or tech and the receipts to show business impact.
- Proven chops designing and executing multi-channel, persona-driven content that works across awareness, engagement, and demand.
- A leader's mindset. You can influence cross-functional teams and inspire them to execute with excellence.
- Fluency in AI. You're curious and experimental, already leveraging AI for workflows, insights, or creative acceleration. (Bonus if you've dabbled in AI SEO.)
- Strategic + scrappy. You know when to set a bold vision and when to roll up your sleeves.
- Data-driven instincts. You measure what you make, and you optimize relentlessly.
- Creative fearlessness. You're not afraid to push boundaries, try new formats, and set new standards.
