Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commissioned Insurance Producer to join our growing team. As an independent insurance producer, you will be responsible for generating new business by

selling insurance policies, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role is commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for high-performing individuals.

Key responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through warm calls, live transfers, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Present and sell various insurance products, such as auto, home, life, and commercial policies
• Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and compliance requirements
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and goals

Qualifications:

• Active state insurance license(s) in (General lines and Life & Health)

-If you do not have an active license but are interested in obtaining one, I will reimburse for training and up to two exams each

• Sales experience preferred (does not have to be insurance related)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with CRM tools and quoting platforms is a plus

• 100% commission-based compensation
