THE ROLE

As a Front Desk + Sales Associate, you’ll be the first smile members see, the one who keeps the space flowing, and a key player in growing our community. This role goes beyond the desk — it’s your chance to be part of a passionate, high-standard team that thrives on connection, excellence, and continuous growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet members with warmth, energy, and professionalism
• Welcome new visitors with guided tours and convert leads into loyal members
• Front desk operations: phone calls, texts, appointment scheduling, and retail
• Follow up with leads and members via text, email, and phone
• Assist with light content and engagement on social media — training provided
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and always member-ready
• Support class transitions and the coaching team to maintain flow and energy
• Use easy-to-learn tools like Mindbody, Loyalsnap, and Google Sheets — we’ll train you

• $16–$20/hour based on experience + commission on membership sales
