Venture Digital is a fast-growing agency in Boulder, CO specializing in lead generation for chiropractors across the U.S. We’ve been around 6 years, and our mission is simple: deliver amazing results and become the long-term growth partner for every client we work with.

This is ahigh-pressure, creative-heavy rolewhere you’ll be responsible for driving leads through Meta Ads and producing scroll-stopping creatives.

We need someone who:

• Owns full responsibility for campaign performance

• Can think fast and pivot even faster

• Lives and breathes Meta Ads, with the creative chops to back it up

• Has no ego when it comes to feedback — you learn fast and level up faster

What You’ll Do

• Launch and manage Meta (Facebook + Instagram) lead gen campaigns

• Design eye-catching static and video creatives (Canva, CapCut, etc.)

• Write compelling ad copy that converts

• Track and optimize KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPM, frequency, etc.)

• Test angles, hooks, and creatives with our team

• Stay on top of Meta Ads updates and best practices

• Provide short weekly performance breakdowns

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years running Meta Ads with clear lead gen results

• Strong creative instincts (you must be able to make graphics + short videos)

• Proven ability to manage budgets from $1k to $5k+ per month

• Fast, organized, proactive, and highly responsive during U.S. business hours

• Bonus: Experience with chiropractors, local service businesses, or wellness

• Extra bonus: Familiarity with Zapier, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets
