Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic communication plans for clients across various industries, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Create and oversee the execution of media relations strategies, including crafting compelling pitches, securing media placements, and managing crisis communications.
• Develop and manage content strategies, including the creation of press releases, articles, blogs, social media posts, and other communication materials.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry, and provide insights to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies, using analytics and metrics to provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the agency's communication capabilities.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies for clients in various industries.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
• Strong media relations skills, with a network of media contacts and the ability to secure high-impact media coverage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to use data and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in using communication and media monitoring tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
