**Job Description**
As an Equinox Pilates Instructor, you will develop and refine programming, education, and business development approaches to maximize your career potential. Under the guidance of a dedicated Pilates manager, you will help redefine the science of fitness and the art of living.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Develop safe, professional Pilates training programs tailored to each client
- Conduct initial assessments and goal setting
- Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions
- Collaborate with the Pilates Manager to build your client base
- Manage administrative tasks related to client management
- Work with other departments to enhance member experience
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Build your business with flexible hours (10-40 hours/week)

**Qualifications**
- Completion of a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification covering all Pilates apparatus
- Minimum 400 hours of Pilates education
- Valid Pilates certification(s) required
- Exceptional customer service skills

**Physical Requirements**
- Standing, sitting, walking
- Bending, squatting, reaching
- Pushing, pulling, spotting clients
