Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate, assist, and execute design projects for R&CPMK clients across all mediumsprojects may include:
• Environmental and event design
• Brand design
• Social media & digital communications
• Photo editing and sourcing
• Present your designs and articulate design decisions to the team
• Prepare files for print production and web development
• Support new business efforts by:
• Designing PowerPoint pitch deck templates and formatting slides
• Participating in brainstorms
• Agency marketing efforts:
• Social media
• Website & Blog
• Email communications
• Researching trends and growing your skills
• The Nice to Haves
• UI|UX Design
• Video editing and storyboarding
• Motion graphics

Candidate Requirements:

You will be a versatile, multi-hyphenate designer who is enthusiastic about their craft. You are a hardworking teammate who collaborates to get things done efficiently without sacrificing quality. You can create engaging and compelling designs, you are comfortable shifting from project to project, and you think on your feet, no matter what the medium is. You have a strong understanding of design fundamentals and print/digital production skills. You can articulate your ideas both visually and verbally and stay up to date on trends and industry innovations.

• Strong portfolio with unique design solutions
• BFA/BA preferred, but open to other paths of education
• 2+ years of experience
• Ability to interpret direction, brand standards, and specifications
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
• Proficient in design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and color theory
• Solid understanding of print production and prepping mechanicals for large-scale or specialty printsfamiliar with Pantones, print specs, and prepress best practices
• Initiative in problem-solving and project management
• Excellent organization and meticulous attention to detail in design and preparation for final deliverables
• Detailed understanding of social platforms and traditional media
• Working knowledge of video editing, animation, or 3-D rendering is a plus
• Proficiency in website design and understanding of web development parameters is a plus
