Are you interested in joining a growing accounting firm with room for rapid advancement? If so, were looking for you! DMG Worldwide Inc. is an accounting firm. We are currently seeking a part time Marketing Associate to join our team.


DMG Worldwide is an Accounting firm that specializes in helping Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs with their Accounting and cash flow management needs. DMG provides accounting and tax, tax resolution, outsourced CFO, and advisory services.


Marketing Associate/Intern Day-to-Day Job Responsibilities

Social media maintenance

  • Post min 3 times a week to the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
  • Design image, video and carousel posts via Canva following brand voice.
  • Schedule posts on Buffer with appropriate captions and hashtags for each social media platform.
  • Design, create copy and post to Facebook Groups once a week on rotation (Group A one week, Group B the next week and so on).
  • Submit all social media for final approval before publishing to post.
  • Social media listening. Reply to comments and reviews and flag any negative comments or reviews for review.


Create content copy

  • Assigned content copy to create initial drafts.
  • Content will range from anything as short as heading ideas to as long as full length white papers (on a section by section basis).
  • Edit reviewed content copy.
  • Has basic knowledge on how to create SEO-optimized copy.
  • Has basic knowledge on how to write email newsletters and copy.
  • Must create initial draft copy without the use of AI (outline ideas are permitted for long form content)


Collect stock content

  • Ability to find graphics, photos, videos and design templates via envato for marketing purposes.
  • Ability to make basic cuts or edits on stock graphics, photos, videos and etc.


Data

  • Able to perform basic market research on specific topics given by management.
  • Track basic data and metrics with a basic recurring report to help identify strengths and weaknesses.


QA

  • Help perform QA tests on website and Active Demand campaigns.
  • Review pages or automations to check for any technical issues or bugs.
  • Make notes of any formatting issues between devices (ex: phone vs tablet vs desktop).
  • Flag issues by severity and with guidelines provided by management.
  • Review customer journey and navigation prior to launch



Work Details

  • 3 days total (24 hours/week) Work Hours 9am-5pm (8hrs per day)
  • Hybrid (Monday mandatory in Office, Tuesday & Thursday Remote)
