As a Sampling Promotion Associate, your role will be crucial in driving sales through engaging interactions with customers. You will also bring brands to life by conducting live events and product samplings where consumers shop. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving sales by actively engaging customers and conducting live events.
• Providing product samples to enhance customer experiences.
• Working during peak times on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), maximizing your impact on sales.
• Supporting management and store operations as needed.

About you:

• You are friendly, enthusiastic, and enjoy interacting with customers and store management.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are available to work a minimum of 2 shifts each weekend, with at least 3 weekends per month.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• You are comfortable with preparing, cooking, and cleaning work areas and equipment.
• You have reliable transportation.
• You excel in customer service and appreciate teamwork.
• You are a motivated self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
• You prioritize safety in a retail environment.
