About the Role The Company is in search of a dynamic and strategic Head of Corporate Communications to spearhead its enterprise-wide storytelling and reputation strategy. This pivotal role involves owning and activating the company's narrative, developing consistent storytelling that reflects its mission and values, and proactively managing the authentic voice of the CEO. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the executive team, leading a unified communications function that encompasses corporate, internal, executive, crisis, media, and external communications. They will also be responsible for protecting and enhancing the company's reputation, driving communication governance, and partnering closely with the marketing and people teams to ensure message alignment and support the brand through enterprise storytelling.

To excel in this position, candidates should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in corporate communications, executive comms, PR/media, or related fields, with a strong preference for those with a background in a public company or regulated industry. The role requires expertise in crisis communications, the ability to lead through influence, and exceptional writing, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills. A successful track record of shaping strategic narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholder groups is essential. Experience in healthcare, financial services, or other highly regulated spaces is a bonus, as is a history of modernizing or centralizing a corporate communications function. The Head of Corporate Communications will also be expected to lead and coach a high-performing team, so leadership experience is highly valued.
