Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and driven Marketing Manager to lead campaigns across all divisions of our business. You’ll combine fresh ideas with data-driven insights to build our brand, engage customers, and uncover new growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute marketing plans for each Sanco division.
Create engaging content and marketing materials (videos, graphics, print, swag).
Manage digital channels: social media, email, website, and SharePoint.
Plan and run advertising campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid social, occasional print/billboard).
Coordinate trade shows and promotional events.
Maintain and evolve our brand voice and identity.
Use CRM and analytics to discover opportunities and track results.

What We’re Looking For

Proven marketing experience with both strategy and hands-on execution.
Strong creative skills for content and collateral creation.
Experience with digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social advertising.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to self-start.
Data-driven mindset with CRM and analytics know-how.
5+ years of experience in marketing preferred
