Our Boston based client is looking for a Brand Designer with 5+ years' experience; the client is looking for project based specifically for marketing design-ie email, banner ads, and social media campaigns. Responsibilities :
- Work as the Design lead on a mix of web and print; emails, social, catalog, banners
- Collaborate on projects with Copy and other members of the marketing taem
- Collaborate and manage workflows within internal teams to ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Lead cross-company weekly status meetings
- Identify & track internal creative resource allocations on a weekly basis
- Proactively identify issues and propose solutions and/or assist with the removal of blockers. Escalate when necessary
Requirements/Skills:
- 5+ years experience as a Designer and strong experience with Creative Cloud
- Experience managing digital design campaigns
- Experience working autonomously while properly managing-up
- Strong portfolio of work
- Unwavering attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
