Now Hiring: Part-Time Marketing Associate Southern California (SCE Territory)

Are you passionate about clean energy, community impact, and helping others access life-changing resources?

Horizon is expanding and looking for a Part-Time Marketing Associate to support outreach efforts across Southern California, especially within SCE territory. Our associates are on the front lines of delivering programs focused on energy efficiency, workforce development, and economic assistance to the communities that need them most.

About the Role:

As a Horizon Marketing Associate, youll help promote programs and materials through engaging presentations, dynamic community outreach, and coordinated marketing efforts. Ideal candidates are comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups, are organized, and passionate about making a difference.

* Coordinating and presenting at community outreach events

* Promoting clean energy and assistance programs to residents and stakeholders

* Supporting social media and email marketing campaigns

* Managing vendor relationships and marketing materials

* Executing marketing plans within assigned territories

* Tracking outreach efforts and engagement data

What Were Looking For:

* Experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service

* Confident public speaker with excellent communication skills

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Familiarity with social media platforms

* AA or BS degree in Marketing or related field preferred

* Must be available for travel within Southern California

* Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70/mile

* Food Allowance: $50 for shifts over 4 hours

Location: Southern California Candidates living within SCE service territory strongly preferred.
