The Director, Paid Media leads a team that develops and executes digital campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display channels, including managing agency partnerships for SROA. This role oversees financial management for digital media across store locations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display/retargeting, and website conversion optimization.
  • Use data insights to drive conversions, enhance the customer journey, and guide prospects down the sales funnel.
  • Generate consistent traffic and leads, conduct ROI analyses, and optimize the marketing mix based on performance metrics.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key digital advertising partners, including outreach and testing for new opportunities.
  • Oversee digital media planning to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and regional leaders to align digital initiatives with corporate priorities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and work with finance and digital operations to communicate results and refine strategies.
  • Partner with the innovation team to optimize the website for improved digital conversions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with at least 3 years managing or developing a digital team.
  • Proven leadership with hands-on experience in executing targeted digital strategies that meet or exceed objectives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience managing large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Experience creating and presenting digital advertising roadmaps, including key partners, budgets, and performance targets.
  • Ability to provide cross-functional guidance as a digital marketing subject matter expert.
  • Proven track record in maintaining and tracking budget forecasts to update business leaders on progress toward established goals.
