Job Description
Optomi, in partnership with one of our premier clients in the Entertainment industry, is looking for a highly organized Project Manager with experience driving CRM and Lifecycle marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management tools (Airtable, Jira, Asana), can seamlessly collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams, and has hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Lifecycle, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to intake new projects and ensure milestones are met.
- Build project timelines, workback schedules, and coordinate with stakeholders and agency partners.
- Manage incidents, triage requests, and oversee execution across creative and tech agency teams.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems, workflows, and QA processes.
- Support analytics teams by defining dashboard requirements and integrating processes for new analyses.
- Partner cross-functionally to align messaging with compliance standards and data requirements.
Must Haves
- 3–5+ years of program/project management experience within CRM or Lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and audience segmentation/data tools (Snowflake, Redshift, SAS, etc).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Airtable, Jira, Asana).
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Background managing both agency and internal partners.
- Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools.
