About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Creative Project Manager to oversee the production of static visual ads, UGC video content, and related creative deliverables. This role bridges creative execution, performance marketing, and client communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with both internal and external teams, and can keep projects moving smoothly from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management

    • Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, including static ad design, UGC video production, and other campaign deliverables.

    • Develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

    • Maintain organized project documentation, briefs, and feedback loops.

  • Communication & Collaboration

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding creative deliverables, providing updates, collecting feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.

    • Coordinate regularly with outsourced creative partners, freelancers, and in-house teams to align on priorities and deliverables.

    • Work closely with ad buyers and the Director of Performance Marketing to ensure creative assets align with campaign goals and performance needs.

  • Organization & Workflow

    • Manage creative calendars and asset pipelines.

    • Maintain consistency and quality standards across all creative outputs.

    • Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or project risks.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, creative production, or a related role.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, both written and verbal.

  • Comfortable working with outsourced teams and cross-functional partners.

  • Familiarity with digital advertising and creative performance best practices is a plus.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Scoro, Slack) .

Role Details

  • Hybrid role: Regular in-office time required in addition to remote work.

  • Schedule: Can be structured as part-time or full-time depending on the candidate.

  • Compensation: Hourly, DOE.
