We are seeking a Community Manager to maintain a customer-centric culture and deliver an exceptional employee experience. Responsibilities include managing operational performance, occupancy, collections, and home sales. Travel may be required periodically.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management and Leadership (~30%)
  • Cultivate employee satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed goals related to NOI, occupancy, collections, and home sales
  • Execute standard operating procedures to achieve operational excellence
  • Demonstrate core values in interactions
  • Communicate regularly with team members across departments
  • Ensure compliance with laws and Fair Housing Standards
  • Resident Relations and Retention (~25%)
  • Foster resident satisfaction
  • Address resident issues promptly
  • Implement touchpoints to ensure resident retention
  • Maintain ledgers and generate monthly bills
  • Complete work orders within 48 hours
  • Sales and Leasing (~25%)
  • Lead marketing efforts to attract residents
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and monitor conversion metrics
  • Achieve occupancy and oversee on-site home sales
  • Net-Operating Income (NOI) Management (~10%)
  • Maintain positive NOI
  • Manage expenses through oversight of vendors and staff
  • Collections (~5%)
  • Ensure accurate billing and on-time rent collection
  • Handle legal notices in compliance with laws
  • Curb Appeal (~5%)
  • Ensure safety and maintenance of community equipment and amenities
  • Maintain standards for homesites and common areas
  • Contribute to capital planning and project completion

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred
  • Experience: 3+ years in multi-family property management; manufactured home experience a plus
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk, lift materials, and spend long hours sitting/standing
  • Skills: Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Additional Requirements: Pass background check, valid driver’s license, good driving record

Salary: $52,000 - $85,000 annually, including base salary, quarterly bonuses, and annual certification incentives.
