The Creative Director is responsible for shaping the visual and emotional identity of the brand. You will lead a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce innovative, high-impact work that captures attention, builds loyalty, and drives performance. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities:Brand & Creative Strategy- Own and evolve the visual and verbal identity of the brand across all channels.
- Develop creative strategies that align with marketing and business objectives.
- Partner with leadership to translate brand vision into world-class creative.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, videographers, and writers.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and growth teams.
- Oversee the development of assets for campaigns, product launches, ads, packaging, social, web, and more.
- Drive storytelling across photo, video, digital, and print formats.
- Maintain quality and consistency across all creative touchpoints.
- Ensure creative is both on-brand and optimized for performance.
- Review and refine concepts with data and feedback.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and project pipelines with efficiency.
- 7+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3 in a leadership position.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, brand development, and storytelling.
- Expertise in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and an understanding of video, photography, and copywriting.
- Experience managing internal and external creative teams.
- Strategic thinker with a sharp creative eye and excellent attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and digital platforms.
