We are seeking an SVP, Creative Product Solutions - Data & Technology to join our Global Data and Tech organization at Dentsu. In this role, you will leverage Dentsu’s proprietary Dentsu Connect platform and lead the solutioning for D&T in Creative in pitches, connecting the story with media solution leads for integrated pitches. Your contributions will directly support client growth for the creative practice by harnessing data, creative solutions, and audience strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead key pitches and organic growth opportunities from a D&T perspective for strategic Creative Practice Solutions, including Dentsu Connect & GenStudio Dentsu+
  • Connect the Creative and Production narrative with media and CXM for integrated pitches.
  • Understand client needs, analyze RFPs or briefs, identify pain points, business goals, and success metrics, and translate these into solution requirements.
  • Design and strategize solutions, architecting tailored offerings aligned with client objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the solution.
  • Craft compelling narratives that connect solutions to the client’s vision, highlighting differentiators and business impact, with clear communication of technical details.
  • Present solutions during pitches, handle questions confidently, and adapt messaging based on the audience.
  • Coordinate across departments, ensuring alignment between business, creative, and technical teams. Lead rehearsals and refine pitches based on feedback.
  • Identify potential risks or limitations, offer mitigation strategies, and ensure solutions are deliverable within constraints.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, especially regarding data privacy.
  • Leverage Dentsu’s data capabilities and industry partnerships to uncover new opportunities for growth, pilot testing, and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in creative and marketing industries, in both client and technology-facing roles.
  • Good understanding of creative technology and marketing platforms, especially Adobe AEM.
  • Expertise in using identity and data platforms for measurable campaign success and personalized experiences.
  • Knowledge of audience tools and datasets, including Nielsen, GWI, YouGov, MRI, Merkury, Experian, ComScore, Mastercard, D&B, etc.
  • Deep understanding of digital data technologies: first-party and third-party data, data lakes, clean rooms, CDP, CRM, identity solutions.
  • Proven experience with advanced audience analytics, segmentation, targeting, and campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic skills.
  • Experience with media buy-plan-activate processes and technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a proactive approach.
  • High accountability, ownership, and a partnership-focused mindset.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $163,000 - $263,350, based on experience and skills. It includes discretionary incentive compensation, benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more. For details, visit www.dentsubenefitsplus.com.
