We are seeking a talented Designer to create innovative and commercially viable product designs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity meets strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present designs that align with the overall brand concept and business strategy.
• Conduct research on fashion trends and consumer needs to inform product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising and Marketing, to ensure cohesive product offerings.
• Sketch and prototype designs, providing detailed specifications for production.
• Inspire and mentor junior design talent while managing multiple projects under moderate supervision.
• Identify and implement processes to enhance efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs.
  
  
  

Skills

• Proven ability to create original design sketches and develop successful product lines.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion and design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a retail or fashion environment, particularly in design roles.
• Familiarity with CAD illustration and technical design skills.
• Understanding of production processes and materials used in garment creation.
