As a Junior Graphic Web Designer, you will be at the forefront of innovative web technologies and best practices in usability and design. Your role will involve archiving web-based information for future reference, ensuring the website is optimized to meet organizational objectives, and collaborating with marketing specialists.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Stay up to date with new emerging web technologies and best practices in usability and design.
  • Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference.
  • Continually provide expertise and guidance to organization on how the website can be optimized to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Work as part of a team with marketing specialists.
  • Review incoming design requests, monitor work to ensure consistency with brand guidelines, templates, and standards.
  • Implement brand guidelines, templates and standards.
  • Develop dynamic prototypes, refined design screens, final graphic assets for global use.
  • Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills.
  • Responsible for meeting expectations and deliver on time and in high quality.
  • Ability to grow; continually learning about new products, services and methods of presentation for CTP products.
  • Ability to be able to react to changes productively and handles miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
  • Responsible for the tracking of our digital mailer

Qualifications

  • Outstanding writing and editing skills, as well as a sound working knowledge of current web content development practices
  • Must be comfortable in designing a content management system for custom sites.
  • Expert in web interface usability and web page design/development
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask
  • Strong analytical skills and have a genuine enthusiasm for the web as a communication medium
  • Must be very detailed and well organized
