About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy Social Media Marketer who lives and breathes short-form content. If you spend your days scrolling TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels—and you understand what makes videos go viral—you’ll fit right in. This role is for someone who can take trends, data, and creativity and turn them into content, campaigns, and ads that drive brand awareness and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Trendspotting: Constantly monitor TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts to identify emerging trends, viral formats, and cultural moments.
• Content Strategy & Scripting: Develop creative concepts and write engaging scripts for short-form videos that align with brand voice and resonate with target audiences.
• Algorithm Mastery: Research and apply strategies for growth based on platform algorithms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
• Mentorship: Work closely with creators, guiding them on content styles, hooks, and engagement tactics that build our brand presence.
• Advertising & Growth: Think, research, and design ads that convert. Optimize campaigns for awareness, sign-ups, and sales.
• Analytics & Insights: Track performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Partner with leadership and creators to bring new marketing ideas to life.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone with endless curiosity for what works on social media.
• A creative mind with the ability to brainstorm and test unconventional ideas.
• Experience in social media marketing (brand, agency, or creator background).
• Familiarity with ad platforms like TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, or YouTube Ads (a big plus).
• A natural mentor who enjoys working with creators to elevate their content.
• Obsessed with social—always on your phone, always paying attention.
• No formal degree required. We care about skills, hustle, and creativity.
• Must be based in Tampa, FL or willing to relocate upon hire.
