- Support Klaviyo events and media activations: Partner with the broader marketing and comms team to drive earned media strategies around key moments like K:BOS, media dinners, and other company milestones. This includes securing press attendance, developing compelling storylines, and amplifying announcements through coverage and relationships.
- Drive media relationships across traditional and emerging channels: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, ecommerce, and marketing media as well as identifying creative earned opportunities through substacks, podcasts, influencers, and other nontraditional outlets.
- Leverage data for storytelling: Work with product marketing and analytics to uncover platform insights and trends that can drive unique media angles.
- Measure and improve impact: Use tools like Signal to track share of voice (SOV), campaign performance, and competitive visibility and use those insights to inform future PR strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with teams across product marketing, customer orgs, partnerships, and content to build integrated stories that amplify Klaviyo’s platform value.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Skilled in executive communications, including prepping spokespeople, developing messaging, and securing speaker opportunities
- Strategic thinker and strong operator equally comfortable driving long-term PR programs and responding quickly to market moments.
