Catskills Candle Studio is looking go hire aCandle Pouring and Studio Assistant to join our expanding team. This position will support our Tannersville Studio during weekday and weekend hours, assist with candle pouring and help create social media content.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere
• Process sales transactions accurately via our POS system
• Pack retail orders and assist with studio upkeep
• Work in tandem with our Head Chandler + Studio Manager, as well as independently, with hand pouring and production of candles
• Support our team at local markets and events
• Contribute to social media content creation
• Represent the company positively and professionally at all times

Qualifications:

• Self-motivator, able to take direction well + a good communicator
• Must be able to lift 45lb boxes
• No sensitivities to fragrances, wax or oils
• Must be able to provide transportation to our Tannersville Studio and surrounding areas
• No experience necessary
