What You'll Do:
- 0Design, build, and maintain web applications and services using modern technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You'll ensure our websites are responsive, mobile-first, and optimized for maximum speed and efficiency.
- Work hand-in-hand with our creative team to turn visual designs into high-quality, functional code, ensuring consistency with our brand standards.
- Assist with requirements gathering and research to help refine and build web systems. You'll also be responsible for testing and debugging applications to ensure a flawless user experience.
- Manage and maintain assigned sections of our website, developing strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure continuity and a streamlined message for our customers.
- Stay on top of industry best practices and standards, while also assisting in the training and deployment of new web-based applications.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 4–7 years of professional experience in Internet Development, Information Technology, or SharePoint Development.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, as well as familiarity with modern frameworks like React or Angular. You should also be comfortable with browser testing and debugging.
- A deep understanding of the entire web development process from design to deployment. You should have a strong sense of layout aesthetics, an understanding of data structures, and a solid grasp of SEO and analytics principles.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, Microsoft 365, and various CMS systems, with a preference for experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
- A strong communicator who can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
