We are a two-sided marketplace connecting real estate investors with high-intent property sellers across the US. Our platform delivers verified leads in real time, powered by a robust backend, custom AI models, and automated workflows. In 2024, we doubled our ARR and launched multiple high-margin AI-driven features.
You’ll join a small but mighty team of engineers, product managers, and AI experts working remotely across the globe.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Build, design, and launch responsive landing pages and websites using WordPress and no-code tools
- Maintain and update existing WordPress sites, including both front-end and back-end (PHP) work
- Implement plugin-based or custom functionality as needed
- Translate briefs or Figma designs into functional, optimized pages
- Ensure all pages are responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-friendly
- Set up third-party tools (e.g., forms, tracking pixels, analytics)
- Troubleshoot bugs and resolve layout/performance issues
- Stay updated on modern no-code platforms and AI/web automation trends to bring fresh ideas to the tableIntegrate AI tools (e.g., chatbots, copy generators, personalization features) when relevant
Requirements
Must‑have:
- Have 2+ years of experience building WordPress websites (custom themes, builders, plugin customization)
- Are confident editing and writing PHP to extend WordPress functionality
- Are fluent in at least two modern no-code tools (Framer, Webflow, Carrd, Typedream, Softr, etc.)
- Have a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Know how to translate Figma designs into functional, responsive pages
- Are comfortable embedding custom scripts, third-party tools, and tracking systems
- Have experience integrating or working with AI tools — like chatbots, personalization engines, copy generators (ChatGPT), or visual AI (Midjourney, Uizard)
- Use AI-based tools to speed up web development or content creation
- Are detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working autonomously
Nice‑to‑have:
- Experience with custom post types, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), or Gutenberg blocks
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization
- Comfortable using Git for version control
- Familiarity with Figma for design implementation
- Experience with marketing tools: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, HubSpot, etc.
- Understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, and funnel logic
