What You'll Do:
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience.
- Collaborate with technicians and team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Lead by example and support service advisors as needed.
- Contribute to meeting and exceeding departmental performance goals.
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery, mobile repairs, and repairs in our shop.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor (automotive dealership experience preferred).
- A passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- A desire to grow professionally and contribute to a winning team.
