Position Overview

We’re looking for a creative and versatile Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team. This role combines digital marketing, social media management, and visual content creation with support for community events and promotions. From planning and scheduling engaging social content to capturing high-quality photos and videos at job sites, you’ll play a central role in telling our story and building our brand.

This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our marketing presence while gaining exposure to a wide range of creative and strategic marketing work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Plan, write, and schedule engaging content using tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer

• Capture original photo and video content at job sites, events, and community activities

• Curate and edit content (photo, video, graphics) to reflect our brand and showcase projects

• Write and edit copy for email campaigns, blog posts, and other communications

• Support the creation of marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and signage

• Coordinate logistics and promotion for company and community events

• Monitor and analyze performance of digital campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed

• Identify creative opportunities for brand storytelling and local community engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams to support recruitment and lead generation efforts

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation

• Strong photography/videography skills, with the ability to capture and edit for multiple platforms

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen sense of tone and voice

• Comfortable with social media management tools and content platforms (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer)

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• A proactive, hands-on approach with creativity and attention to detail

• Willingness to travel locally to job sites and events as needed
